●The Original "Pub With No Beer" In Ingham's Main Street is the Original “Pub with No Beer” The poem penned by local poet Dan Sheahan in this Pub (Day Dawn Hotel) after he rode into town one morning in 1943 to have a nice cold beer only to discovered that a convoy of American serviceman had come through the previous day and drunk the Pub dry! was later turned into the song made famous by Slim Dusty. The Pub is now named Lee’s Hotel. ●Australian Italian Festival The Australian Italian Festival is held annually in Ingham. It has been estimated that over half of Ingham's population has one or more Italian ancestors making it the ideal place to hold this event. It is a celebration of all things Italian – food, wine, cooking demonstrations, entertainment and much more. ●Mungalla Aboriginal Tours Also located in Ingham are Mungalla Aboriginal Tours, Winners of the Bronze Medal at the Australian Tourism Awards for Indigenous Tourism in 2012.
