110 kms north of Townsville and 240 kms south of Cairns along the Bruce Highway, Ingham lies on the south bank of the Herbert River.
Set in an area of sugar cane, bordered by waterfalls and adjacent the magnificent Hinchinbrook Island, Ingham is the commercial centre of the Hinchinbrook Region.
