Auspice – Powerlink Queensland Community Grant Application – Long Pocket Tennis Courts

The Hinchinbrook Chamber were proud to supply a Letter of Support to Long Pocket Sport and Community Group Inc, in September 2024, to auspice an application to the Powerlink Queensland Community Grant.

This grant was requested so that much needed repairs to the Long Pocket Tennis Courts could be undertaken, to enable the Long Pocket families and broader community to once again be able to enjoy tennis and social activities at their local court.

The re-instatement of this valuable community asset will enhance the community and social offerings within the local and neighbouring communities of Long Pocket.
